My friend :iconimaginal77: and I are going to AX as MLP: FiM characters so this was a sketch idea for her because she wanted to be Apple Bloom :D
It was mainly inspired by a dress I found at H&M and it just kinda grew from there.
YES, I KNOW THAT IS NOT APPLE BLOOM'S EXACT HAIR COLOR. SHUT UP.
